• Silk helps prevent wrinkles: Silk reduces friction and pulling on your skin at nighttime, especially in the eye area, if you’re a side or stomach sleeper. You'll wake up with fewer morning wrinkles, and by using silk consistently over time, you can reduce wrinkles for the long term
• Silk keeps you moisturised: Silk is less absorbent than cotton and other fabrics, so your sensitive eye area stays better hydrated overnight and those eye serums and potions go a bit further
• Silk may help with acne: Silk has microlevel antimicrobial properties, and so some believe it prevents acne and skin infections

We use the finest quality silk:

• Grade 6A: Silk is graded from A through C, and within A grade from 2A to 6A. Grade 6A is the very finest available silk grade, reflecting the longest strands and the highest quality sheen
• 22 momme: Similar to thread count, momme is a measure of the density of silk fabric. A higher grade means a thicker fabric. We have selected 22 momme as the perfect thickness for our masks: lower momme fabrics feel too thin and are lower quality, while heavier silks feel a bit too stiff, with a curtain-like consistency not suitable for sleeping
• 100% Mulberry Silk: Mulberry silk is considered the most luxurious silk of all. Our silk is sourced from silkworms that feed on solely from Mulberry trees, which tends to produce the longest and finest silk threads
• Oeko-Tex Standard 100: Our silk has been rigorously tested and certified free of harmful chemicals
